There are literally millions of cookbooks available. Some are wonderful, some are difficult, some are dense and some are just plain different. We wanted to look at a few cookbook ideas that feature recipes that you can make on your electric griddle. Some feature familiar foods (grilled cheese sandwiches) while others are more creative and daring. Use these recipes as starting points, then build on some of the ideas you get while making the dishes in the cookbooks.
